Did I miss the boat?

in an incredible knee-jerk move I sold all my stock holdings US and foreign in my 401K....admittedly I only had 30-percent of my total holdings in stocks but now I am wondering if I ever see the Dow under 8000? Disclosure; I never pick stocks, I only buy funds....
I would buy stocks again if we see the market sold and hurting....
 
There was no boat. DOW 8000? I am sure if it hits 8000, no one will buy at that level. Including you. I see you jumping into the market at 12000 :D
