Well, it's obvious Big Mike hasn't read the pdf, so there's only one solution. :D

Big Mike has to introduce self-moderation of threads so that trolls like him can be blocked.

Just was over at BMT and noticed that DB has been permanently banned from BigMike's for being a stealth vendor.

Mike even questioned whether some of DB's followers could be alias accounts created by DB to build his own hype!! Can't confirm if it's true but wouldn't surprise me. It's happened before with similar "internet mentors".

these words from Mike sum it up perfectly:

So DB was a stealth vendor? I never would of thought that. I just thought he was obsessed with Wyckoff's teachings from hundreds of years ago.
