Did DB and the Price Action Scribblers Throw in the Towel?

Im not bragging. Facts are facts and i am in the top 10% of all published stock pickers on earth over the last 3 years.

Very few hedge funds beat the sp over time. Nor do individual traders despite the hype.

Wtf is a published stockpicker? Traders trade they dont publish/blog. Its pure BS mate. That site you posted is some beta site for bloggers. No pros will bother their arse with that. You are embarrassing yourself (again).

its a bit like me saying I am in the top 10% of sunday footballers on earth. It means jack.

Surf posts about inconsistencies of TA methods, yet his own method has registered a success rate of 61%, which proves that his method (whatever it may be based on) is not overly consistent.

You are in the top decile of all traders who have ever lived if your success rate is higher than 60% consistently.

Very ironic comment.

Lmfao--- dude, you post here, you are a blogger/ published stock picker ( if someone knew your identity and u post calls) you would be tracked also.

I didn't seek that site out. I found in when googling myself.

Do you think there's a correlation between a trader's Performance IQ (PIQ) and his/her ability to recognize chart patterns?

The variance in this ability would go some way to explaining the perpetual disagreements on the subject.

If you had said '95%+ of price action' doesn't cut the mustard I would agree with you but saying price action cannot be profitable is not correct in my opinion. I suppose it depends on what you call price action. I only look at price and time when I trade, nothing else. Does that mean I am a price action trader? I suppose so. You want proof that a price action trader can be profitable. The problem you have is that naturally 95%+ of people don't have that proof. The small number of people who do have the proof may have issues of privacy, edge reverse engineering in addition to not having any motivation to prove someone wrong on an anonymous internet forum. A couple of posts ago I posted my combine result and I am a price action trader. of course i got lucky right? GL

The bashers and trolls do not care that "a few" profitable traders are price action traders. They prefer to make it personal and attack one person as if that one person represents ALL. Its the exact same guys again and again.

Most price action traders are not profitable. Reality is this for everybody, most traders (day traders, swing traders, traders using indicators, price action traders, fundamental traders, traders into random theory, blackbox traders, automation traders and other type of traders)...most are not profitable.

The fact remains...some traders are profitable and some of them are price action traders.

Thus, they don't care that you're one of the few and that a few other price action traders have passed a combine. They don't care that you have verifiable proof. To them...nobody is profitable except for themselves. The funny ones amongst them will then say...tell me how you do it. :D

Once again, most traders are not profitable but a few are.

Not the point I was making. You brand TA traders as inconsistent, your stats are also inconsistent. So what is your point? You can be profitable with win rate below 50%, depends on money management.
