Is he in the Lending Tree network of banks lol :D

It reminds me of the mortgage broker who was trying to convince me to convert my 30-year fixed into an interest only mortgage. I was not going to listen to him anyway, but what sealed the deal in knowing he was stupid when I found out that this mortgage broker was living in a rental apartment the last 15 years!!!!
