Compared with last year, the number of births in the first six months decreased with 6.7 percent. Furthermore, emigration decreased while the number of deaths and immigration increased.

Yeah you just need to look at the actual data rather than googling ‘Sweden birth rate’ and then grabbing the totally incorrect MacroTrends data that you first see on Google.
I haven't tried to "fudge data" since my middle school science project when I learned it's OK if the numbers don't fit a hypothesis. We were doing science not writing narratives.
