Actually I want you to take Medicare because you'll realize the benefits of it. Then you'd think differently. Free healthcare is good. That's all I care about. I don't want gov. taking over other new sectors just healthcare. That's it. The healthcare system is my biggest complaint about being in America.

Have you read about Hoover and the Great Depression? How he didn't do anything. No government invervention there. Isn't that what you wanted? Wonder why no one in the Republican party mentions his name?

The only thing Hoover did that was a government project was the Hoover dam but that's it. Funny that was considered as an accomplishment for him even though it was government sponsored. But I suppose the government stole people's money to make the damn thing.

1.) What makes you think they are dumb? They like their system better than ours there. Many people don't like the healthcare system here. What make your opinion better than anyone else's. It's just an opinion not different than mine or one in Europe.

1) I make my living participating in the bankrupting of medicare pursuing all the lofty ideals you express.

2) Nobody works for free.
You just don't get it healthcare has production costs, you just can't wave a magic wand and ignore that reality.

Of course healthcare has costs but why is it cheaper in other countries? What is it that makes it cheaper in other countries? Thought those other countries' government healthcare systems suck according to you? If systems there suck, why is it cheaper there?
