Thats from The Declaration of Independence,not The Constitution. The Constitution came after The Declaration of Independence and is the law of the land

It is what the Founders believed and it is part of us. Just as the statement in the Declaration of Independence that all men are created equal, this carries the weight of giving the power to the people to make that decision to retain the existing government, alter it or abolish it and start over. It is a Right of the governed.

3.I dont think the gov ever had intentions to disarm everyone nor do I think it will ever happen but legally The Constitution can be changed to outlaw guns(no I don't support that)

2) None of those guys are starting a war or even trying to start a war. They are saying its inevitable. Ask yourself honestly why the population is being polarized.. is it because one side is really just a bunch of sore losers OR is it because our govt is becoming increasingly oppressive and operating outside of the limits placed upon it?

And as has been pointed out many times, the Constitution can be changed, and there is a process to do so. Attempts to circumvent that process or undermine our rights through legislation just isn't legitimate, and will create problems. Besides I'm not even certain that the Bill of Rights or any part of it can be repealed for any reason, ever.

Can something happen in the next four years that would create an armed conflict between civilians and the government? Possibly but it seems any large scale armed operation against civilians would be met with resistance not just from conservatives but from most Americans.

A serving General in Iraq testified before a congressional committee ~7 million ammunition rounds were used in Iraq, on a monthly basis, by US armed forces. Roughly 80 million a year. This is how the "10 year war" calculation was figured.

It would be interesting find out how much the consolidated federal agencies buy on an annual basis (fbi, border patrol, secret service, ice etc), including for practice.

1) yes they were, slaves were considered property, both by the slave owners and their own countrymen who sold them.

2) The US isn't the only nation in history to have slavery. It was corrected here by Amendment (the right way) and a long time ago.

As I eluded to earlier the welfare/parasite classes and their bleeding heart cheerleaders now outnumber the productive tax payers. Is it your contention the welfare/parasite class will vote to stop their "free" entitlements and or get rid of the politicians giving it to them?
