DFR raises dividend

Raises their dividend from $0.40/share to $0.42 per share. After all the worry that they might have some subprime exposure in their portfolio, they raise the dividend. I'm taking it as a signal that all is well over there and the market over reacted. Buying some today in my IRA to catch the recovery to the mid-teens

Is the dividend completely paid out of earnings or are they dipping into principal to maintain the appearance of a high payout?
