as I already said, duh hello, YES you would have to sue in that case.

If you so concerned about terms and money deposited with DB rather than any broker mentioned on ET then dont deposit.

those are the terms, what u gonna sue against if they state already u money is not secure 'cause they are not subject to uk reg. besides that, of course i wud never open an acct with 'em i thot i made that made clear enough.

since DB does not exclude liability for negligence thats how you would sue them, unlike some brokers who exclude liability for willful acts then I think your question is valid.

so just like usual anyone who is concerned about safety of their money dont send your money or call DB and see what they will say
