Deutsche Bank dbIQ indexes

Hi all,
Does anyone understand how indexes such as dbIQ the USD 3m Money Market Indicator (MMI) work?

By work i mean:
How does one get exposure to this?
How to find out the constituents?
I thought that indexes from the sell side had to be transparent - seems not so for the case above.

Q1: By going to a DB and telling them you want to get exposed to it. This is not for retail.
Q2: There are no constituents per se, think of this as a mathematical formula, like the VIX.
