Detroit has the some of the highest tax rates, highest paid city employees, and highest spending per resident of all the major cities in the U.S. In what way is this due to the government being too small?
As a side note...
The Walking Dead is filmed in Georgia. They host 'Walking Dead' (Living Dead / Zombie Walk) festivals each year in several cities in the region (Raleigh, etc.) One of the things you can do at these festivals is audition for a part as a zombie. If you are selected then you normally spend a couple weeks on the set for filming. One of my daughter's friends was selected and you can see them in an episode. They said all the actors and production crew were super great to meet and work with.
