Why do you prefer IB over TDA? I'm at Stage 5 for futures, need to pick a broker for options. TOS platform is far superior but I'm assuming you use IB for lower comm and interest on margin?

I have a margin-IRA at TDA and a joint-PM account. I also have a joint RegT with my son. Their comms on shares are obv zero but I use TDA as they strictly follow OCC PM haircut. IBKR does not. TDA will not auto-liq on a call, but I trade covered (net long wings).
