Good post / great post. I've been thinking about adding NAC, but i avoid anything i think may be hard on the stomach. I'm 62 and started Bioinnovations Probiotics about 4 years ago. Best thing i ever took for me.
Recently, after reading this https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...-what-youre-eating-study-suggests/1206269002/ I am avoiding anything but black coffee until after 11am and so far i feel better. Some days I've waited til 2pm with no ill effects. But once i start, i tend to make up for lost calories.
The only supplement take is lipitor. But then, I like to eat. I pretty much eat fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast and lunch, but for dinner, I usually have two dinners. I'll bet I eat 4,000 calories at dinner. THe only time I wont do this is if I'm out in a group of people, or someone else is paying, etc. But when I go out to eat, Ill order two full dinners. Sometimes overdo it, at Ruth;s last week i had the NY Strip and Porterhouse and I felt rather stuffed afterwards. But it's all worth it.

Wrestling is all you need to dominate as long as you have decent hands. It's also insane cardio.
How long do you typically rest between sets on Squat/DL/Bench when doing 6x6 heavy to failure?
5 minutes or so.
