Excellent, thanks for posting. Definitely interested in your routines.

Some questions if you don't mind:

1) I know you advised taking the NAC on an empty stomach, so that's what I've done. I have never found it to be hard on my stomach at all though. I usually take it in the morning first thing, so only 600mg a day. That's good?

2) I take the ALCAR + ALA later in morning, or pre-workout on training days. I have only been taking 500mg ALCAR and 600mg ALA (now brand). Would you recommend pre AND post training as well, doubling that dose?

3) Is that the regular Nutrient 950? they make a few different kinds such as without iron and copper, even one with NAC.

1. GI impact. It gives some ppl gas/bloating.

2. No need for post.

3. Pic attached.

good refresher post, thanks.

FYI anyone doubting the fx of CoQ10 - I was unknowingly in the middle of acute renal failure about a year ago (known & resolved cause) and went to our favorite OP privately for halp. 2400mg a day alongside the sublingual and some Vitamin C, I am functioning mostly perfectly again. I need to get new blood work done but relief was seen within... what, 36-48hrs? (edema relief etc). I didn't have insurance at the time so it can be argued that this was a life saver.

get beyond the mega ego if it bothers you. listen to Dest. it will pay off. (<=== this should be in the T&C of all ET memberships).

Multivitamins have never made me feel an ounce different/better.
That's because they are useless. The ingredients tend to be crap (magnesium oxide is the usual magnesium compound used, if you have this in your multi, u know u have a useless product) and they compete with each other in terms of absorption.

That’s the genesis of my question to Dest. I have largely suspected them to be uselessx and was basically asking if he agreed/why is it on the list?

Fwiw...i take 5000iu of vitamin d, 4g of athletic greens fish oil, 30mg zinc, 2.5g of magnesium citrate every day. At different times of the day. Also take some creatine 5g.

The logic behind a multi is micronutrients that are missing from your diet. How many people know whether they have the MTHFR error? A million reasons to take a quality multi.
