It's excellent. My youngest takes it for a metabolic disorder. I used to take it for telomeres. No reason not to take it. IIRC it increases Hayflick as well.

I believe I may have a few years on you and pride myself in not taking any pills.

That's my reasoning as well. My only issue is i can't seem to decide on the proper l-carnosine dose. Too much and you risk too much lipofuscin. I take half a g in a combo with alcar which helps with that but could be convinced to take more. Unnecessary?

Any reason why you don't have Melatonin on your list? It's the only other terminal antiOx so can't really go wrong with it from what i read.
