Trumpo is incentivized to accept any verbiage from Mexico wrt the border as a means to extricate himself from the unpopular tariffs. IOW you can't be short here as he can't allow Congress to block the tariffs.

I'm slightly long here for positions I'll be holding while on vacation.

Trump won't let it be voted by Congress. He'll spin it to save face (no tariffs). Most likely outcome is a rally. 5/2 odds.
