I can fund it for less than a mil, but to maintain the wager conditions (10x his $-return) I arrived at $550K. The remainder of the rollover would have to go into another account. Sound reasonable for betting against a piker with $36K and open two accounts so that I can bet with a loser? No? Perhaps not, but I wasn't going to agree to reduce it to $450K after he ignored the bet for 30 hours. The bet was I would produce 10x his $gain.
He also ignored the even money bet or perhaps you don't get how hyperlinks work.
