With caution.
How do I trade this? Long puts are expensive, can't short (hard to borrow).
I better not buy GME butterflies on Monday.

I think the AMC conversion is a bit different than a dilutive GME secondary offering..
For one the AMC conversion shares was almost half the float at 44 million shares with a. connversion price of 13.5..
If I am not mistaken,GME is capped out at 100 mil dollars on their secondary.I could be wrong .I think the float is somewhere around 100 million shares. The big question is does the secondary get priced at 300,200,100,50 ?????
Regardless if the secondary is capped at 100 mil dollarsthe dilution won't be that big,and a small percent of the float will be coming on the market..
On a side note,my basketball coach used to say,sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.How lucky was Silverlake being able to crush it on their GME converts??
Those bonds were paying apx 2.5 percent with a conversion price of 13.5..Probably sold stock between 15 and 19..

4Q and FY ends today. So you're expecting them to get the books wrapped up, preannounce and add the offering/secondary within 5 days?
Ironchef, you're my hero! How did you do it? I tried everything to get destriero off my a** to no avail, blocked him for a while, moment I unblock him he's all over me like a mad chihuahua, I'm running out of options.
So what's your secret?
