lolyes. Not explicitly, a general hedge. I was surprised as the Naz was up a ton yesterday so I expected a QQQ bear vertical. He's closed his SPY 231P fly. Looks like he's still in the SPY bear call vertical. He's up 1.5% on the day.
How’s Reno looking these days? Any chance it evolves?
It's always going to have that redneck quality. We do get a ton of SV expats.
South/SW-side approaching Mt Rose is nice. We have a house in Montreux that we're selling. It's getting very congested. Old Northwest end of town is another enclave where Bill Harrah lived. The infrastructure cannot handle the growth. Water will be an issue within a decade. We've got elevation working for us. We'll stay in Incline once the kids are out of school.
