yep ...broadway was there on the 4th floor ... its an empty office next to my old one ... lots of money was made in that office ...(and im sure lost )

Interesting tidbit about that building, Ivan Bosky had his office in there too. One of my first firms used to use this info as a sales pitch to potential saps (We are in Ivan Bosky's Office!!!)

To seal the curse, NY DMV is in the bottom floor.
