It's pretty frivolous considering the large number of suits the ACLU regularly launches in multiple venues while they court shop for judge friendly locations until they get the results they desire.... which are many times overturned.

Talk about fiction... it’s an ACLU “fact sheet”.

At one point in time.... decades ago.... the ACLU was about rights. Now it is just about pushing left-wing propaganda. Their "fact sheets" would be more appropriate for publication in The Onion.
