If, as he says, revisions and refinements are a normal part of assessing surveillance data, then its not fraud. Its especially not fraud just because you don't agree with it.
Politico doesn't even call it fraud. So let’s see as more comes out what actually happened. If it is fraud, it should be relatively easy to detect at this point. I don't know enough about the process involved (and I'm sure you don't either), but I'm skeptical of the normal horseshit shoveled by the main stream media and the left, so I'd like to wait to see more.
