Disney should say they are shutting down Disney World until the law is reversed and DeSantis is out of office.The tourism revenue,tax revenue,job losses,empty hotel rooms,empty restaurants ,Orlando economy etc would probably get DeSantis booted from office.Show some balls Disney,fight back!

Especially since Disney is amusement parks around the world, ABC, ESPN, Marvel, Star Wars, Disney+ and numerous other intellectual property, studios and productions far beyond the parks. If Florida wants to fuck with Disney World because DePussy's feeling got hurt over some criticism then let the residents pay all the taxes Disney was paying out of their pocket...

I am a corporation/LLC... I doubt I have ever cried about corporations paying more taxes.....I use every legal tax break I can baby!

I specifically called out AOC for sinking amazon in NY with her tax break bullshit but that's ok amazon decided on northern VA. I own properties in Crystal City, VA where the Amazon HQ is now being built and saw property values spike over the past year or so because of Amazon's development and investment.

Claiming i constantly cry about corporations paying their fare share proves that you really are not talking to ME but simply screaming the talking points fed to you. DIsney got some great tax breaks but kick in billions to the FL treasury. Fair trade off.

The ONLY reason you support Desantis attacking Disney is you dont like the comments it made.

Gov. Ron DeSantis on Friday signed a bill stripping Disney World of its status as an "independent special district," fulfilling his request to punish the Disney company for its stances on social and education issues.

The bill will undercut Disney's autonomy, but it could impose a steep cost on Orange and Osceola counties, where the theme park is located. The two counties would inherit the Disney district's debts, which officials say would result in higher taxes.
