That list is skewed. States like NY and NJ bore the brunt of infections when Covid first came to America. This was a time when we had no treatments, no understanding of transmission and very little help from the federal government. Context matters.
We have entire thread with quotes from health organizations, university medical researchers, and media stating that Florida is the only state not sharing its COVID data with university medical researchers. You can go back and read the article.... Not worth my time trying to prove the obvious.
where's the article? I assume it says that all other states are doing this (as you claim). I'd like to verify the article - hopefully it has sources.
