The land Disneyworld is sitting on is going to make a fine complex of golf courses and homes when it is liquidated in the next 3-4 years.
I suppose Disney might hang onto to existence in Anaheim, a festering pit of drugs, crime and gangs. Disney is becoming a kind of Six Flags type of operation with perpetual threat of bankruptcy combined with over the top pricing and third rate service. If Walt Disney could see what his company has become he would pull the trigger himself. I would say that Disney currently is worth about 25% of its market capitalization.
