In most states including North Carolina you must be referred by your primary care physician or a hospital for monoclonal antibody treatment -- part of the process is proof of a positive Covid test ordered by the medical provider which includes the lab processing the sample for type. How difficult is this for you to understand? It is basic medical procedure.

You keep using the phrase "most states" without any proof whatsoever. And I'm challenging because so many times in the past you've used precisely that phrase and been dead wrong, or unable to back it up. So i'm asking again, show me the "most states" backup you have.
Also, show how many MAB were prescribed in FL vs. other states - because during Delta, it saved so many lives here. And if other states didn't use them, why not?
