I would say that there were different levels of reaction to Wuhan-19. The good guys were Trump, Noem, DeSantis, Abbott et al. The bad guys that GWB must be referring to as bad examples include, but are not limited to, Whitmer, Cuomo, Murphy, Newsom, Pritzker, Fauci, Biden.
It's so very obvious that the original post from a joke account named "People Whining About DeSantis Online" was done as a ....wait for it....joke.

Seeing that there are so many tweets available of people criticizing DeSantis for his many faults -- there is no need to go photoshop fabricated nonsense on a "People whining about Ron DeSantis online" twitter account. Shows how desperate and clueless the account owner is. Maybe he should be reposting all the recent information from "whiners" about Rebekah Jones getting whistleblower status from the Florida Inspector General with the promise to hold those who persecuted and fired her accountable.
