Yes, the first one does. It matches the data exactly. The second one is simply another source to show the difference in trend between deaths reported and deaths as date of death.
The second and first charts have different sources. The second chart seems to have an update time of after the data in the first (10:45AM). Tomorrow we should see an additional 7 deaths in this category, otherwise I'd have to ask the guy who made the second chart where he got his data. But the first chart and the raw data are aligned perfectly.
They are not "hopelessly out of sync with the raw data". Focus on the first chart. I do not support the second one and I've tried to get the raw data from it but so far have been unsuccessful.
