Derivative Trader Optiver interview

Hi, i'm going to a job interview with Optiver. It's a Have heard some personality questions they like to ask:

1. what's the first thing will you do if you spot a investment oppotunity?
2. what's your personality? ( well, what kind of personality they look for?)
3. Have you been trading before? (I havn't...I have built a portfolio and hold it, but not trading frequently, let alone trading derivatives...so how should I answer this question? I can't just say no i guess)
 
If you passed the first math test, then you don't have a personality. Answer the questions "honestly" so you don't have to be worried about being caught in a lie.

Hi Anvil,
I would like to request you to kindly share the questions which were asked from you at the interview.
Also, was mathematics test at optiver a paper based test or computer based one?
