U should that is just dirty and wrong.
He burnt his name anyways,whoever is with everest is risking their money...
Cant believe traders r still with him.

You confirmed that I have $550 remaining deposit and said that it will be wired back to
me by the end of last month, which I never received.

I talked to Title and Hold Brothers, they recommended me to first try to resolve the
matter with you before escalating the issue. Even though it is just $550, my money is my
money, you should give it back to me as you promised.

After months of bs, we decided to go on with our own.

Derek is a good guy and a good trade (I sat right beside him not great but 500-1500 a day) but can't manage for shit. We got informed yesterday and I am sure remote traders will get informed soon, that all traders have a choice between closing their accounts or switch to another firm where your deal will stay the same. He may understand how the market works and how ECN's work better then most but did not understand the businessd side (payroll and cost management) very well. I am probably going to switch over to the new firm as my deal is pretty good, but will use the rest of the month to shop around.
