depression

Anyone deal with this? How? I'm so isolated and being around others doesn't help, they just distract with babbling noise.. like how people act mindless at restaurants just shoveling food in their face making noise and the glare from the sun hits all the shitty looking stuff in the vicinity and makes for a shitty experience. Migraines too, neck fucking hurts, back only recently stopped hurting . a few people I do know like to attack me because my other successful aspects of life make them realize how shitty and unaccomplished they are . The great ppl I know are busy and working all the time, everyone lives in their bubble of presumption that has nothing to do with what I'm working on because they can't comprehend it so therefore default to just babbling about their life again, in the default western way where people only associate their sense of self with their voluntary muscle movements
Meditation -> 21 days x 2 times per day straight minimum.

sleep, how you handle stress and food in that order. I preach it all that time. During sleep the glymphatic system which was discovered not many years ago works like the lymphatic system but for the brain. To take out the trash. It works best when we’re have good deep sleep. Peace.

edit. video looks like it has good info. Cant wait to dig into it. I have done Ice bath before and can assure you it is followed by one of the best sleeps I have ever had.

Nah. Plenty of rich people who commited suicide or are generally miserable.

If you have a good attitude you can have an even better life with riches, sure. But you won't become happy from riches alone.
Especially if you encounter the dreaded Chicken.

Yes and No...Look at the Horror stories winning the lottery has brought those who won it.
Still, that's the kind of horror story I'd like to find myself in.

It's not the money that created the horror; just the personalities playing out in full throttle.

Handle depression by not being a losing trader. Plain, and simple.
Happy/successful trading = happy life, happy relationships, happy expenses, happier everything.

Everything else is just noise and chatter and filler. Be a Winner. Plan to be a winner. Decide to be a winner.
