The reason for my volatile emotions has not much to do with this particular work , I know the reason but cannot discuss because it involves deep seated religious nonsense of this stupid culture I'm in. It is possible to concentrate on something too hard though I've always been depressed I've never had the ability to feel contentment or anything like that in my life , just temporary reprieves from the pain

Anger and hate are ways to deal with depression. But they take too much energy to maintain and I think ultimately lead to poor life choices.
I like the suggestions made by the black-ass guy. For starters keep it simple: make a lot of money, eat well, fuck a lot of pussy. No need to overthink it. These are all unequivocally good. After you’ve been satisfied, other things will appear to take your interest.
Avoid taking yourself and your work too seriously. Our time here is very brief. Everyone plays a part but none of us is that important in the grand existence of things.

Being Rich, can buy me ALLLLL the time in the world I wish, and other people time and the BEST health in the world. If I am rich, I can have all the time I want and best health I want. That is the EASIEST problem to solve.
