depression days trading

Emotional state should have no impact on your decision making.
However, if it does, then you should work on fixing that.
emotions can have an impact on our trading decisions since we're not robots. Finding a balance is key.

It's crucial to prioritize mental well-being and take a break from trading during moments of depression to avoid impulsive actions that could lead to significant losses.

Trading is for people who are emotionally stable and not prone to mental illnesses or periods of elation from gains which could lead to overconfidence

I think that for high-quality trading, a trader should not be distracted by anything. He should be focused only on the trading process in order not to make mistakes and not to receive losses. Therefore, if on certain days he is in a depressed state, there are some problems or depression, then it is better to first get himself in order and solve the problems, and only then move on to trading.

avoid trading when you are not in the right state of mind, one bad decision can cost us a lot, in my case if i dont feel good about how i see things i just pause or maybe let the day slide. its better to not earn at least u wont lose than gamble with bad decisions.
