Deposits in IB

Does anyone know how long it takes for IB to clear deposits? This ISN'T an initial deposit to open an account, I am just adding additional funds.

I put the request Sunday morning. I did a ACH/EFT transfer. It says "Notified" in the "Funds Status" tab.

have the funds left your "institution yet" ?

if so ... then call IB today to ask about the transfer

anyway ... thats my best guess on what to do

I just saw the "Hold" and it will be available only on MONDAY!!! That's ridiculous!!

I don't know all the specifics but it has to due with fraud reduction and possibility of funds being revoked. if you want an immediate credit to the account (often as quick as 10 minutes after it hits our account, use a wire).
