He did act, certainly. It’s analogous to the Bolsheviks arguing that there is no proof of Collussion or Conspiracy because Mueller hasn’t uploaded the proof to Wikileaks.
It's just subtle whataboutism, the perennial Con argument in all situations.
What they don't understand is what Brennan/Obama did or didn't do.... does not change what Trump did. But because they can't defend Trump, they would gladly debate every other topic.
It’s all they have. The Straw Man regarding emails. A subject in which Trump conspired to enjoin a foreign power while a candidate. Petraeus gave Yankee White emails to his mistress and disseminated those emails, WHILE DIRECTOR OF THE CIA, from his home and Trump will (likely) be pardoning that fool. The only reason he hasn’t done so already? BC he was an Obama nom. The hypocrisy on the Right is stunning.

Trump conspired with Russians...except there's no evidence of that to date. If there was he'd be gone already. What the idiot left just can't comprehend that Trump collusion and Russians playing their usual games with our elections are two completely separate things. Obama administration concluded that the latest round of Russian tampering had no material impact on the election. That only leaves one thing. Clinton was a horseshit candidate, blew what should have been a lay up election, and the radical left just can't accept that reality. In their defense, accepting reality isn't what they do best.
Yes she was, and many democrats with moral compass stayed home. And so was Trump, but evangelicals and conservatives did not care and showed up in droves to vote for the guy whose whole life was based on everything they claim to stand against.
Democrats will never make this mistake again, myself included.
