Your statement that Trump needs Putin to resolve Iran and Syria is a very dongerous one. If little tyrants go around the world creating messes then we go to the tyrants and asked for their help fixing the mess they helped create then we are suckers.
This is a terrible idea for foreign policy because it revolves around us making never ending concessions.
This seems to be Trump’s MO, though. He talks real tough on twitter then when the chips are down and an actual person to person meeting happens he gives away the store.
