Deplorable? Obama Sent $27 Billion Taxpayer Money To Fund Sanctuary Cities In 2016

Is this mere funding that was allocated to the cities who just so happen to have a sanctuary stand? Because by the title it sure reads that the reason they got their funding was because of their sanctuary stand. So do you disagree that tax paying cities should not be beneficiaries of government aid?
