"Dems Push For Govmnt Workers To Be Exempt From "Cadillac" Health Care Tax", Why

In California the average public sector worker gets $38/hour, benefits included and the average private sector worker works a lot harder and gets $22/hour all tolled.. and lots and lots of people don't work at all and seem to do just fine. They get welfare, aid to dependent children, healthcare.. how does the private sector stand up under this burden?

Actually, it's all the time I should give for an obvious answer. If gnome would have started the thread, he would have gone into greater detail instead of a one-liner just like mine.
