If you want to fix the problem of meritless lawsuits, be my guest. My concern with this legislation is that it has nothing to do with merit, and everything to do with our petty fears, petty fears which have an undeniable racial overtone.

That is exactly the environment where laws get passed that will make our children ashamed of us, the way we are ashamed of our parents for the WWII internment camps or McCarthyism.

If you want to throw around names like racist, just because people disagree with you, that pretty much confirms you are one of the left wing kook brigade. You can't win an argument, so you resort to name calling.
