Dems, GOP Prepare for Possible Rod Rosenstein Ouster with Competing Articles of Impeachment

What bad luck the Clinton's must have to have been involved in Whitewater, Rose Law Firm shenanigans, sexual improprieties, those deep in the red cattle trades that eventually turned hugely profitable, troopergate, travelgate, Foggy Bottom, Benghazi, Filegate, accidentally removing White House furnishings and the trail of dead friends and colleagues.

Terrible bad luck I tell ya!
I also have a "trail" of dead friends. I miss them Terribly and think of them often. I know the Clinton's miss Vince Foster who was a close friend of their's for many years. I know what it means to lose those you are closest too.

Time and time again the Clinton's have emerged from investigations without sufficient evidence for indictment. In fact, with one exception (Bill's perjury) no evidence whatsoever of criminal activity was produced. There is a difference between rule breaking and bad judgement and active participation in illegal activity with both intent and damage. In general, successful prosecution is going to require showing intent, or damages, or both; what might have been is not usually going to be worth the prosecutors time.

Behind the many accusations hurled at the Clintons, there has usually been absolutely nothing but crazy innuendo. But yes there has been bad judgement on the Clinton's' part a number of times. If we make bad judgement a felony then we are all felons. That is just a fact. The single exception beyond Bill's perjury is Clinton receiving on her server some email that should not have been sent to an insecure server. There was no evidence of malicious intent, nor any of damages. It is a very weak case not worth prosecuting. The situation would have been somewhat different had she been an intentional sender of classified documents to a non-secure server. There is plenty of precedent. And precedent was correctly followed in deciding that the odds of a successful prosecution were nil -- and having nothing to do with Ms Clinton's political connections. I predicted this from the outset. (I've had considerable personal experience with the classification system and the handing of classified documents, and I am familiar with the differences between those cases that were prosecutable and those that were not. The Petraeus case, for example, was prosecutable; the Clinton instance was not. We will have to wait and see what transpires in the Trump case.

I'd recommend trying to avail yourself of a broader view. It would help to keep things in perspective.

No, she has run a major pay-to-play operation along with the Clinton Foundation, among dozens of other crimes and she is subject/target in a current FBI investigation for this, among other things. The investigation is being run out of the arkansas u.s. attorney's office.

I guess this is a friendly as I will ever get to you...:D

Well that's half right. He's hated by the women whose pussy he' s grabbed. He's hated by the contractors he's stiffed. He's hated by the women he's raped. He's hated by "his students" who went to "Trump University", He's hated by the investors whose money he's lost. He's hated by Stormy and is ex wife and Melanomia too. And there is good reason. He's even not liked by Putin who is blackmailing him. I have a feeling he's soon going to be hated by Michael Cohen as well, if Cohen ends up behind bars and Trump gets pardoned.
And again you are showing your misunderstanding of what is really going on. Trump is hated for one reason and one reason only. --He is an outsider.

While I haven't been surprised at how many witches the hunt has turned up that we know about already. I anticipate many more to be revealed -- I have predicted what the crimes these as yet to be witches will have perpetrated; crimes to include but not limited to money laundering, bank fraud, tax fraud, i.e., tax evasion, witness tampering, and obstruction to name a partial list. Many more indictments are coming, and they will include the President. The only question is will his indictment come before or after he is out of office. You'd have to be deaf dumb and blind not to appreciate that a person who has surrounded himself with criminals his entire adult life, has been nearly totally dependent on Russian Oligarch money via special purpose LLCs and foreign banks since the the mid 1990s, who has been a defendant or plaintiff in hundreds of lawsuits, and who has announced that his personal finances are off limits to the chief witch hunter, is not also going to be proved to be a criminal. I just can not be that naive. How do you manage that?
Here are some more of your predictions. Perhaps you should consider learning python and let numpy and pandas do all of the hard stats work for you.
