Maybe. If I recall Hillary Clinton wrote that post presidency secret service mostly guarded outside of their house. Who knows. Probably different for every ex president. Kind of a lame speculation on your part though. Obviously it is not in national security interest to have unauthorized anybody in the same room as Top Secret American intelligence.

Still. We don’t know where the intelligence came from that Trump had TopSecret documents in his office. Could have been secret service.

Regardless total statement a media personality would make not a real lawyer.

I don't trust any of Stephanie Grisham's former contacts that might be in the employ at Maralago. If they get canned or are disgruntled in any way then the flow of information- imaginary and real- to Grisham is one poisonous link that I would suspect. That remains true even if it does not apply to the raid.

We covered that already. Try to keep up. The classification for the president's use changes when he does it. But not for the underlings or bureaucracy - they are bound by the markings. Trump declassified lots of things that Wray and Garland have failed to declassify to the bureaucracy or the media as a way of preventing the truth about doj and the Obama administration's involvement in Russiagate from being exposed. Their failure to comply with his order does not mean they were not declassified for him when he did it.

I could say again that Garland can prove otherwise at trial but we both know that he is not going to trial with this mess. It was just a political theater raid.
