I am not in a position to confirm the sufficiency of Turley's work but will take his word over yours. There have been plenty of subpoenas over the years where he and about any other senior government official have not complied with various subpoena's but then contested them in court. So that is a different matter altogether. It is not illegal to not comply with a subpoena where it is under court review and the court has allowed a stay. Just saving you your next predictable step which is to google around and find a bunch of subpoena's that he did not immediately comply with.

To be fair to this, I really don’t give a shit about your made up speculation arguments about subpoenas. He shouldn’t have stole the classified/ top secret information and he should have handed it over immediately when caught. All of it. The fbi was probably too lax with him all around.

Mar a largo has been a hot spot for Chinese, Russian and Saudi agents for years now and Trump had dozens of boxes of top secret information sitting in a basement. You go argue your case somewhere else. Securing that intelligence was the priority.

Now we need a damage assessment on who actually had access to the stuff and what Trump was scheming to do with it or has already done with it.
