Are you even aware that the House Bill that the OP posted adds $4.8 billion for MRAP-All Terrain Vehicles for maneuvering around the rough terrain of Afghanistan?
Are you even aware that the House bill also adds $2.2 billion for 8 new C-17's, and another $904 million for 11 new C-130 planes, moving the Obama Administration's recommended buy from FY-2010 to the current fiscal year?
Are you aware that the House Supplemental also requests $340 million to buy 260 more Stryker vehicles?
Do you even have a clue about how "depleted" our military equipment is and what kind of "reset" is necessary just to get our military readiness back to where it should be?
I'm sorry buddy, but you are talking to someone that actually knows what they are talking about when it comes to the DoD and their budget.
You really need to educate yourself first before talking to me about anything close to having to do with the U.S. military.
