Democrats send 'information' concerning Kavanaugh nomination to FBI

The FBI can only report whether they are aware of an incident or of an investigation that has taken place as part of their background check.

Otherwise, they have no jurisdiction to initiate an investigation for an alleged sex crime in DC thirty years ago. That would be up to DC local police and even then you have legal hurdles.

Plus- and try not to laugh because it is true- even if there had been an investigation and/or legal action at the time, Kanavaugh would have been a juvenile and his record would most like be sealed.

Message to the Tards: Give it a rest mates. Y'all look like fools after that Sparticus episode so now you are doubling down with some other ridiculous scenario so that you can continue to disgrace yourselves. Give up the ghost.

If you want to look at the most serious threat to Kavanugh right now it is probably Murkowski's vote. Dem groups have threatened the bejesus out of Susan Collins but that will backfire on them. However, one of Murkowski's biggest constituent groups in Alaska is the Alaska Native Villages Association or some name like that, and they have threatened to withdraw support for her if she votes for Kavanaugh. Her vote is at risk in my view, but is probably offset by at least a couple dem votes from dem senators in Trump country. And I did not say that she will not vote for Kavanaugh. Just said her vote is at risk.

Hunt her down, out her, examine every aspect of her life, especially her political connections and contacts in general and specifically in regard to the events leading up to her charges.

If she gets bloodied, so be it. Its a game that she and her dem buddies using her signed up for. If she has a compelling story everyone has to listen to it and deal with it, but she does not get a free shot from the grassy knoll to bring a man down surreptitiously and then slither off into the dark. No. Needs full investigation. and he needs to be able to confront his accusers.

Also, it was the dems who demanded that Franken resign. Quite a few here, myself included, said he was entitled to hearing and some kind of process but he let himself be scapecoated and volunteered to be their sacrificial lamb. That was his choice.

Kavanaugh is not and should not volunteer to be part of anyone's little pre-planned theater. You want him out? You need to take him down. Bring the accuser forward. We want to investigate her too- or maybe I should say, especially.

Oh, I see. In the socialist regime people can be accused of just being an enemy of the people and sent to siberia. No trial or right to confront your accuser as that constitution that the white supremacists developed used to require.

Compel the identify of the accuser from Feinstein. The fact that she offered anonymity to the accuser is just something that she did. It is not something that she can legally guaranty. .

You want an investigation? Let's go. You have a week to do it before Kavanaugh is confirmed. Having the accuser come forward might get you another week to work her over. Go for it. Dont be surprised if it backfires and the shallow little lefty scheme is exposed. Look for the small signs. Some of the reliable lefty senators are keeping their distance on this one.

Looks like that little Alaska Native revolt against Murkowski is being contained, as discussed above. The dems started to spread the rumor that Kavanaugh was anti-native rights and would kill any special rights the Alaskan natives have so their powerful lobbying association threatened Murkowski.

Howz that press coverage by CNN and MSNBC of Keith Ellison's domestic violence charges coming along? You know the ones where the woman and her son say he punched her and dragged her by the hair or whatever? Dont hear a lot about that these days. I guess they are all "waiting for the process" before making judgement. Yeh right, they were waiting for him to win the primary for the AG race in Minnesota, which he did. I guess the Democrats found some woman (being paid by someone) to say that Kavanaugh behaved inappropriately. The is just strategy by the Democrats to drag out the nomination for months while they hope get a majority in the Senate/House to block the nomination in November.

The Democrats demean themselves by engaging in such absurd tactics to derail a nomination hearing.

I would urge Mitch McConnell to use the nuclear option to confirm Judge Kavanaugh the fastest. If not, after the midterms, we can elect more conservatives into office in the Senate and confirmation will be easier!
