Well republicans are happy because they passed in the package an additional 6 months of abstinence education in school. Republicans never let a good crisis go to waste.

What percent of that is Trumps fault? House dems came up with the bill. Trump signed it. I'd say we split this evenly.
Government collected $3.5 trillion in taxes last year and giving back $4 trillion. I'd say that's more than 2%
