I never heard calls from the black community leaders to their members not to resist arrest, not to challenge the police officers and not to defy their orders. B/C it might not end up well.

Correct, but most people still ended up paying more. He doe not like blue states much and punished them with his tax "cuts".
 
I am sure that more African Americans are shot as a percentage of their population. The reason is that they are the group that is the most incline towards crime.

In many African American communities it is a badge of honor to be or have - served time. In some African American families go to prison is like getting accepted at Harvard.

If you are more inclined toward negative behavior, you are going to get negative results.

Why are African Americans more inclined toward crime.

1. It is genetic. Via tens of thousands of years of breeding, African Americans carry a genetic load that equates to an average IQ of 85.
2. Unfortunately, criminal behavior is reinforced in the African American community. Examples - rap music, "You are not thug enough to be African American.

The only real hope of progress is if the African American community/leadership takes a more firm stance on criminal behavior. Do not see this happening.

It is sad that recent riot and looting were deemed acceptable by not only the African America leadership but a large segment of the Democrat political infrastructure.
