He campaigns a lot harder than Joe. Whoever win, the market is still there. But this is America. Americans like a winner and a fighter. Trump is both. Every red blooded American hates losing. Trump will win with a landslide.

You have to buy a separate insurance for medication. Unless a drug industry is also nationalized in your country like your doctors. Secondly, how could someone from US undergo surgery in Europe without any proof of residence?Wrong. I have medication for high blood pressure. I pay around 5 Euro for 3 months medication. I know that from 1 product official price is around 100 Euro. All the rest goes to medical healthcare. Medical healthcare covers everything, not just hospitalisation. Your remark confirms that you have no idea about our healthcare system.
I worked 15 years in one of the biggest hospital groups in Europe. We had a constant flow of Americans that flew to us for an operation. Was much cheaper than in the US. Even if you add up operation, plane tickets and hotel cost.
It would be interesting to make a list of the most common operations and make a comparison between the US and my native country. Americans would be in shock from the difference.
If we go for a doctor (general poraticer) we pay between 0 and 5 Euro. What do you pay in the US?
1. Blacks in US are 13% of the population, yet they commit 52% of murders. Including all violent crimes, blacks commit them at a rate of 7-10 TIMES higher than whites, so of course there are going to be more "police-black" confrontations.
2. Police in US kill MORE WHITES than blacks every year! The MSM just doesn't make a big deal about that. ("White lives don't matter" when it comes to politics.)
3. There isn't as much racism in the US as you perceive. Most of it has been ginned-up by the Left for supposed political advantage.
Yes, blacks commit crimes and thuggery year-around. But the recent behavior has been ginned-up in an effort to keep Trump from being reelected.
I see you are from Ireland. The information you receive about the US is not only "propagandized", much of it is apparently inaccurate.

Your govt hires doctors on a permanent basis using tax payers money while surely underpaying them compared to private doctors. So why would doctors on govt payroll do a surgery on someone who did not hire them? How do they set the price? Secondly this model of healthcare of eliminating health insurance all together by hiring doctors on a permanent basis cant include medication. As for drugs, they are constantly changing and require probability models to calculate their cost = insurance. Maybe would work for cheap generic brands but not for expensive drugs. No, I don't have to buy any insurance. Not for hospitalization, not for medication. I don't pay any insurance. You still don't get it. WE DON'T PAY ANYTHING. It is paid by the government from the money they get from taxes, sales taxes, etc...
Any American can get an operation overhere. Off course not at our very cheap tariff as they don't contribute to our social system. They pay full price, which is still much cheaper than in the US. It doesn't matter where they live, they just have tpo pay in advance the full price.
For instance a gastric bypass at full price in my country is apparently still much cheaper than in the US. Even if they have to pay for plane tickets and hotel.
C'mon. You've got to be better informed than that!Joe Biden's the one that's been stealing. Tony Bobulinski confirmed it.

What is your point? So little substance.I have all financial information ( salaries and additional bonusses) from about 650 doctors in all disciplnes, so I know exactly who gets what.
Most doctors (over 85% of the 650) have PRIVATE practice, so NOT paid by government.
US doctors drive around in Ferraris, lamborghinis, Porsches...) and live in multi million dollars houses. Healthcare in the US is BIG business and very expensive.
ALL medication is included in the bill. I have one now in front of me. The amounts I mention as payment are ALL included. I ha d an ear infection and had to let remove a choleosteatom. It is an operation under full narcose, they have to open your eardrum, clean and close it again.
Cost:

- 2 days stay in hospital was 1,061 euro

- Salary doctor was 1,532.38 euro

Amount that I had to pay for all this: 34.49 euro
Now try to find out what it will cost in the US and let me know.
