Democrats just delivered a stunning blow to Obama's Syrian refugee plan

Makes no difference. Actually it's just a bogus vote to protect them from angry constituents. Harry Reid and his followers will filibuster it. Republicans will sigh and go on to trying to get amnesty passed and more money for defense contractors. Like most of obama's other misconduct, republicans could stop it in its tracks but are deathly afraid of a government shutdown.

Paul Ryan has already served notice there will be no shutdowns on his watch. Mitch Mcconnell said the same thing. Greenlight for Obama.
