Democrats Will Introduce Legislation Outlawing Inflammatory Language

Democrats will introduce a bill this week to rip apart the US Constitution.
Rep. Robert Brady (D-PA) will introduce legislation this week that will criminalize inflammatory language.

Democrats are still blaming Sarah Palin and conservatives for the shooting in Tucson by an anti-Christian, anti-Constitution, left-wing, pro-Marx, antiflag, “quite liberal” lunatic.
CNN reported:
Rep. Robert Brady, D-Pennsylvania, said he will introduce legislation making it a federal crime for a person to use language or symbols that could be perceived as threatening or inciting violence against a Member of Congress or federal official.

Brady’s decision to offer the legislation comes less than 24 hours after a gunman attempted to assassinate Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, D-Arizona, in a shooting that claimed the lives of a federal judge, and a nine year-old girl, among others.

“The president is a federal official,” Brady said in a telephone interview with CNN. “You can’t do it to him; you should not be able to do it to a congressman, senator or federal judge.

“This is not a wake up call, this is major alarms going off,” he said.

Brady is particularly incensed over a web posting by former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin during the 2010 election in which she targeted 20 House Democrats, including Giffords for political defeat. The posting showed a map of the United States with the 20 Democratic congressional districts identified by gun sights.

“You can’t put bulls eyes or crosshairs on a United States congressman or a federal official,” Brady said. “I understand this web site that had it on there is no longer in existence. Someone is feeling a little guilty.”

After the shooting democrats immediately plotted to blame the tea party for the shootings by the young leftist crackpot.

HOWEVER, if you're Brady the law won't apply to you because wearing boxing gloves to represent how you beat the shit out of someone isn't threatening or inciting violence.

The democratic congress has been waging war on the people for 2 years. The methaphorical use of combat related language is completely appropriate when describing them and their actions.

I agree, the democrats on this board, and in the left wing media should be ashamed of themselves, they already had Sarah Palin convicted before anything was even known about this guy, now when it turns out he was a lefty, they are still trying to think of flimsy excuses to say that he is a conservative, or that conservative media was the cause, even though all evidence points to the contrary, the ultimate in stupidity came from Range Rover, who only needed to know that the person who was shot was a democrat in order to justify saying that because of that the shooter must have been a conservative.

The truth is most of these demented liberals were probably actually happy when the shooting happened because they thought for sure that they would be able to score political points, and that all their fantasies about Tea Party violence had come true, it is truly sad that these whackos from the left would use a terrible tragedy like this as an opportunity to try to score political points.

It will be interesting to see how all the loons on msnbc try to spin this today now that the information is out and it turns out that this guy was just some psycho who had an obsession with Gifford.
