Democrats introduce their first bill - The bill that will destroy America

Not sure how they can federally mandate states to comply with registration and voter issues as the constitution gives that power to the states.

The Fed can mandate age, non-discrimination based on race or gender, but to tell a state they have to register to vote every 16 year old, etc...that’s outside the Fed’s constitutional authority.
